Ezee Fiber’s Contract Buyout program is designed to help new customers transition to our high-speed internet service by reimbursing up to $500 of early termination fees from their previous provider as a bill credit. We don't want you to feel stuck, when you can be enjoying our award-winning Fiber Internet service now!

Yes! We offer up to $500 in Early Termination Reimbursement to cover any fees your previous provider may have charged you with. This is paid out as a credit to the account.

To qualify, customers must:

  • Be a new Ezee Fiber subscriber.

  • Submit a copy of their final bill from their previous provider showing the early termination fee.

  • Send the request within 60 days of activating Ezee Fiber service.

  • Keep their Ezee Fiber service active for at least 90 days.

  • Ensure their submission is complete and legible.

Follow these steps:

  1. Obtain your final bill from your previous provider, ensuring the early termination fee charge is clearly visible.

  2. Submit the above form and then email a complete copy of the bill (all pages) to ETR@ezeefiber.com.

  3. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a confirmation of submission.

  4. Keep your Ezee Fiber service active for at least 90 days.

We offer up to $500 in Early Termination Reimbursement, issued as a credit to the account.

We apply a credit on the account, up to $500 once approved for reimbursement. The credit will be applied within 7 days after you complete 90 days of active service.

Your submission will be reviewed within 14 business days.
If approved, the credit will be scheduled. The credit will be applied within 7 days after you complete 90 days of active service. You must remain with Ezee Fiber for a minimum of 3 months and have no outstanding balance on your account. The earliest you'll see the credit is in month 4.

If you haven’t received an update:

  • Confirm that you sent your final bill to etr@ezeefiber.com.

  • Ensure at least 14 business days have passed since submission.

  • Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for status updates.

  • If no confirmation is received, resend the email with your final bill.

  • If further assistance is needed, contact Ezee Fiber customer support at 833.920.5400.

  • Invalid Document: The submitted bill does not show an early termination fee.

  • Late Submission: The request was submitted more than 60 days after activating Ezee Fiber.

  • Inactive Service: The customer did not maintain Ezee Fiber service for at least 90 days or has an outstanding balance on their account.

If denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason. If you believe there was an error, you can:

  • Review the denial reason and correct any submission mistakes and resubmit your request, if applicable.
