Referral Eligibility

  • To qualify, your friend must be a new Ezee Fiber customer (not an existing one).

  • You must have already signed up for Ezee Fiber, with no outstanding balance to receive the credit.

  • The referral form must be completed prior to customer installation.

  • Your friend must keep their new Ezee Fiber service active for at least 30 days for you to become eligible.

  • Once eligible, your $200 bill credit will be applied to your Ezee Fiber account within 7 days.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. For each successful referral, you will receive a $100 credit after the referred friend remains active for 30 days.

The referral form must be submitted before the referred friend’s installation. Late submissions (after the friend’s installation) are not accepted.

  • Both the referrer and referred friend will receive a confirmation email with the referral submission.

  • If the friend successfully installs service and keeps it active for 30 days, the referrer will receive a bill credit within 7 days.

If you suspect an issue, first verify that you received the confirmation emails (Check Spam/Junk). If there is no record of the referral, the case should be escalated to our customer service for further investigation.

If the confirmation email was not received, Customer Service can confirm referral submission. Please call us at: 833.920.5400 if you have any troubles. Customers can resubmit the referral as long as the referred friend has not yet installed the service.

  • You will receive an email notification about the status of your referral. Additionally, notes on your Ezee Fiber account will contain whether it's been approved or denied.

  • Please allow at least 30 days for the referral status to be processed before inquiring about its status. This ensures the referred friend has had sufficient time to maintain active service.

Referrals can be denied for the following reasons:

  • Late Submission: Referral submitted after the friend installed service.

  • Self-Referral: Referring another home under your own name. This also includes referrals made using the name of a spouse, child, or even a pet — these will not be accepted.

  • Missing or Incomplete Information: If any required details are missing.

  • Existing Customer: If the referred friend is already an Ezee Fiber customer or was previously referred.

  • Inactive Accounts: Either the referrer or referred friend did not stay active for at least 30 days.

If your referral is denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason. If you wish to dispute a denial, please contact our customer service for further review at 833.920.5400.

The credit is applied to your account 30 days after your referred friend installs their Ezee Fiber service, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

No, the credit earned through the Refer A Friend program will only be applied to your Ezee Fiber account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
