From the sales guy staying late and going the extra mile to make sure we got set up, to the guy who came to prep the area, and the technician who installed and helped me set it up on my phone. All three men were kind, professional, and quick. They answered all my questions even the follow up text messages days after they left! They always responded friendly, quickly and I really appreciate it. My service is all set up and so fast! No lagging even with 20 different things connected! Also really like that their employees use the same internet, it tells me that they actually stand behind the product!"
