What is the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?
ACP is designed to help lower-income households afford internet service. Eligible customers can receive a discount of $30/month. This credit towards Internet service is for the duration of the program. You are responsible for any additional fees and services not covered by the subsidy and subscribers may switch service offerings at any tume.
How do I know if I am eligible for the ACP credit?
You’re eligible to participate if you (or someone in your household) meets ONE of the following requirements:
⦁Your entire household income is at or below 200% the federal poverty level
⦁You participate in certain federal assistance programs such as Lifeline, SNAP/EBT, Medicaid, WIC, SSI or free and reduced-price school lunch.
⦁At least one member receives a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year
⦁Program income requirements and qualifying programs.

Recertification Requirements:
Each year, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) must confirm your continued eligibility for the ACP benefit. If you are unable to recertify, you may lose your ACP Benefit. You can learn more about USAC’s ACP recertification process here.

How long will the ACP benefit last?
The Program will last for as long as the Federal Government provides funding which is expected to be for several years.
Why is my ACP credit not on my first bill/ why am I getting a bill if I am fully subsidized?
Due to the enrollment and qualification process, your billing credit is applied within 45 days after your installation.
You have the right to file a complaint with the FCC regarding an ACP-supported service or any difficulty enrolling.
