What our customers say
"EZEE Fiber did more in a few weeks than AT&T managed in decades. Customer service is #1. In a world of chatbots and endless call routing, they treat you like a human. Our install tech was a rockstar — thorough, respectful of our property, came back after dark, and didn’t leave until everything worked and we were happy. Same for the crew that ran the fiber: polite, accommodating, and super respectful of our property. Did I mention customer service is #1? I’m easily EZEE Fiber’s biggest fan."
"I have great experience with Ezee fiber. All staff who helped with installation were professional and knowledgeable during installation. There are no hidden fee, rates are reasonable, no contract needed like the competition, the speed is fast and have no issues working with the internet. I feel first time a company that is honest who doesn’t use deceptive tactics and willing to go beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this company."
"The ENTIRE experience was above and beyond what I have ever experienced. From the sales guy staying late and going the extra mile to make sure we got set up, to the guy who came to prep the area, and the technician who installed and helped me set it up on my phone. All three men were kind, professional, and quick. They answered all my questions even the follow up text messages days after they left! They always responded friendly, quickly and I really appreciate it. My service is all set up and so fast! No lagging even with 20 different things connected! Also really like that their employees use the same internet, it tells me that they actually stand behind the product!"
"EZee Fiber Tech did an excellent job installing my home network today. The work was very professional. Their fiber internet is significantly faster and better than Xfinity, and the pricing is very reasonable. I don’t see Xfinity being able to compete with this level of service."
"Down with Comcast! Ezee Fiber is way faster for way less money. The crews are great and work quickly. If Ezee is in your neighborhood, I highly recommend. We have the 2 Gig plan and our speeds are 6-8x faster than before."
"I've lived in three states, six cities and have been with multiple ISP's throughout my life, none of them come close to how good Ezee fiber is. Hands down the best ISP on the planet."
