Ezee Fiber has been named a shortlisted nominee for the “Growth Story of the Year” award at the TMT Finance Awards USA 2026 — recognition for one of the most active growth stretches in the company's history. The award honors digital infrastructure companies that have shown standout growth over the past year through network expansion, investment, M&A and leadership development, and Ezee Fiber's nomination reflects a period of rapid transformation across the business.

Over the past year, Ezee Fiber has grown from a Houston-focused fiber provider into a six-state platform spanning Texas, New Mexico, Illinois, Oregon, Michigan and Washington. The company closed its acquisition of Tachus Fiber Internet, adding more than 60,000 subscribers across suburban Houston, and acquired DayNet's fiber assets in Dayton, Texas. It also announced a $400 million investment to bring multi-gig fiber to Chicagoland and promoted Mo Aslani to Chief Financial Officer and Pedro Checo to Chief Operating Officer to lead its next phase of growth. Through it all, Ezee Fiber has remained debt-free while continuing to grow revenue and fiber passings at pace, surpassing 600,000 fiber-to-the-home passings by the end of 2025.

TMT Finance will announce winners at the TMT Finance Awards USA 2026 ceremony on October 7, 2026, at the Conrad Downtown in New York City.
