They came out and repaired in less than 12 hours. The few times when I had an issue with connectivity, I called the office (one time as late as 11:00pm) and each time I spoke to a live person. I asked the installers if they liked working for EZee fiber and he said absolutely. Now AT&T wants to win customers back. "Ezee fiber came and did their install in my neighborhood a couple of weeks ago, and now I have fiber internet! Their pricing is great, the 8 gbs tier is the same price as xfinity's 2gb tier, and with much better upload speeds and free equipment. They ran the fiber to the exact room that I wanted and within 2 appointments (1 to run from the street to the outside of the house, and 1 from the outside of the house to the inside). I initially had an issue with not being able to access certain websites. The support team was super helpful, and I was escalated pretty much immediately to level 2 support. Sophe from the social media support team and Breanna(?) from the L2 team were particularly great at expediting and staying late to resolve my issue. So far, I'm very happy with Ezee."
