Referral Eligibility

  • To qualify, your referral must be a new Ezee Fiber customer (not an existing one).

  • The referral form must be completed prior to customer installation.

  • You cannot refer other Ezee Fiber employees.

  • Submit using your Ezee Fiber email address, not personal email.

  • Your friend must keep their new Ezee Fiber service active for at least 30 days for you to become eligible

  • Once eligible, your $ reward will be paid out to you within 14 days (subject to all setup documentation being provided).

This program enables active Ezee Fiber employees to earn a $100 cash reward for each new residential customer referral. To qualify, the referred customer must activate and maintain service for a minimum of 30 days.

All active Ezee Fiber employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Referrals must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a new residential customer (not an existing or former customer within the last 90 days)

  • Complete installation and maintain active service for at least 30 days

  • Not be a self-referral or an immediate family member residing at the same address

  • Referral submissions must be made using your official Ezee Fiber email address (personal emails are not accepted)

  • You cannot refer other Ezee Fiber employees

Note: While properties owned by employees are welcome to subscribe, referral commissions are not paid on self-referrals.

Employees must submit referrals using the official Referral Submission Form prior to the customer’s installation date. Late submissions will not be approved.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful and verified referral will earn you a $100 cash reward.

Referrals must be submitted before the referred customer installs service. Submissions made after installation will be denied.

  • Both you and the referred customer will receive a confirmation email upon submission.

  • After the referred customer installs service and remains active for 30 days, your referral will undergo eligibility verification.

Approved referral rewards are issued as cashable checks within 14 business days of eligibility verification. Please ensure your mailing address is accurate at the time of submission.

You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your referral. Additionally, internal notes will be recorded in your employee profile confirming approval or denial.

Check your spam or junk email folder. If no confirmation is found, please contact Customer Service at 833.920.5400 or email referrals@ezeefiber.com.

Referrals may be denied for reasons including:

  • Late submission (after customer installation)

  • Self-referral or referrals made under the name of a spouse, child, or pet

  • Missing or incomplete information on the referral form

  • Referral is for an existing Ezee Fiber customer

  • Either referrer or referred customer did not maintain active service for at least 30 days

Yes, you may resubmit as long as the referred customer has not yet installed their Ezee Fiber service.
